Vivid Signature vs WiseStamp

WiseStamp has been in this market since 2008 and has well over a million users. Here is where we differ, and where they are genuinely ahead.

Where we are different

We check your signature against real email clients before you paste it. The builder scores your design against fourteen clients across five rendering engines and tells you, specifically, what will break and where — that Outlook on Windows will square off your rounded corners, that your WebP logo will show there as a broken image, that you are approaching Gmail’s clipping limit. Every signature tool ships table-based HTML and hopes; the failure surfaces later, in someone else’s inbox, where you never see it. We surface it while you are still designing.

Team members are included, not metered. Our Business plan covers up to 20 team members at a flat rate. Per-employee pricing is common in this category and gets expensive at exactly the point a team starts to standardise.

One page, not a dashboard. The builder, the live preview, the compatibility report and the per-client install instructions are all on one screen.

Where WiseStamp is ahead

Worth saying plainly, because you should buy the right tool:

If you need directory sync across hundreds of mailboxes or a signed SOC 2 report, buy theirs. If you want signatures verified against the clients your recipients actually use, and a team plan that does not bill per head, ours is the better fit.

Our pricing

PlanMonthlyAnnualAdminsTeam
Starter Spark $5.99/mo$64.69/yr1 admin—
Professional Anvil $9.99/mo$107.89/yr1 admin3 members
Business Forge $39.99/mo$431.89/yr5 admins20 members
Enterprise Titan $99.99/mo$1079.89/yr10 admins500 members

Annual billing is 10% below twelve months at the monthly rate. We do not reprint competitor prices here, because they change and we would rather not quote them wrongly — compare against their current pricing page directly.

Lifetime option

Vivid Signature is on AppSumo as a stacking lifetime deal, from $49 once, with no renewal. See the deal terms — including the rendering limitations we list up front rather than in a support article.
